Service Description

Items should be freshly laundered and in excellent wearable condition and transported laying flat in a plastic bin. Do not bring items in garbage bags. We do not accept certain brands, please review the website for specifics. Thank you! Note that it can take up to 2 weeks for items to be accepted into inventory after your drop-off appointment. You will receive an email notification when items are in inventory.

Cancellation Policy

For cancellations, please contact us at piccolopenguin@gmail.com at least 24 hours in advance. Our appointment times fill up fast, so out of courtesy to other consignors, please let us know if you will not be able to make it to your appointment. Thank you!
